Hello! When the videos are shorter than 100 minutes it is because I paused video during break out rooms (and often we also broke out at the start of a class and I tended not to hit record until we started as a group.) However, each class met for the full 100 minute class period during the Fall 2020 semester. Please let me know if you would like to see the reading list for the topic, or more info about an assignment being discussed, or if you have any other questions. For example, this semester the students in psyc 339 were asked to perform various types of interventions on themselves to get a sense of the basic tools in a clinican's toolbox (increasing social support, increasing awareness of triggers/patterns, changing behaviors, increasing skills including mindfulness and regulation, etc.). They were asked to hand in reflections on how these tools might be flexibly applied (or not) across stages of development rather than any personal material related to the intervention itself.
