García is Latino Hartford resident who work at the Boys and Girls Club of Hartford as mentor. He explains that the clubs, is a space that was created to help the young people have opportunities and the necessary resources to prepare them for the future career or jobs. All this is because they have noticed that the school in Hartford have failed to educated and prepare students.
