Santiago Veguilla is a Puerto Rican who has lived in the city of Hartford for 53 years.  He talks about the difficulties he faced when he arrived to the city, his personal life, the Puerto Rican community, his opinion about the politics in the US and his volunteer work in the Catholic Church.
